Colleges across the U.S. are experiencing a stark drop in international student enrollment this fall, largely due to increased political pressure on the more than one million foreign students who typically study in the country each year. But in Maine, which already has few international students compared to the rest of the country, most colleges seem to be unaffected by that decline.
