WMTW - Graham Platner rallied in Portland at the State Theater on Sunday against Question 1. The ballot question will appear on Maine ballots on Tuesday, asking if voters want to strengthen voter ID laws and make changes to absentee voting.

Platner supporters said they are worried about access to voting if Question 1 passes....
"I think it's essential that we allow people to vote from a distance because if nothing else, transportation is an issue, it's such an issue in rural Maine," Platner said.
