A truly special project is coming to our stage this Saturday, September 20th at 7 PM! We are teaming up with the Freeport Historical Society to present a staged play reading of "Moments with Millie" by local playwright Elizabeth Guffey. This play digs deep into the life of Mildred Pettengill, a true “Maine” character of Freeport’s history. Before the show, delve deep into Mildred’s world by visiting the Freeport Historical Society’s exhibition: Pettengill Farm: Lives, Land, and Legacy. This exhibit traces the lives and labor that shaped the land and the saltbox house we know today. |
